FINRA Licensed Client Services Representative

Job Summary

Engaging directly with over 11,000 Financial Professionals, the full-time FINRA Licensed Client Services Representative will provide exceptional customer service, support account opening processes, and maintain client documentation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to investment executive and client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests
• Assist in the account opening process and maintain electronic client files on proprietary software
• Act as a liaison between investment executives and various financial entities to facilitate smooth transactions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• FINRA Series 7 License is preferred
• Prior customer service experience in a financial services environment is advantageous
• Strong ability to learn and apply new information quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
