Job Summary
Leading a remote team of retirement advisers, the full-time FINRA Licensed Director of Engagement will manage regional growth strategies to enhance plan participation and asset accumulation while fostering a high-performance environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regional team to execute growth strategies for defined contribution plans
- Maximize the adoption of Empower products and services among clients
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards while providing training and support to team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- 7 - 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- FINRA 6, 63, 26 & 65 registrations required within established timelines
- Understanding of management, training, coaching, and leadership principles
- General understanding of technology software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
