Job Summary
Leading the enterprise financial planning strategy, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Financial Planning Leader will design and execute a comprehensive protection-first planning model, integrating insurance, retirement, investments, and wealth management while ensuring scalable delivery for advisors and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement a holistic financial planning strategy and governance framework
- Design scalable planning models and enhance digital capabilities to improve advisor productivity and client engagement
- Lead advanced market strategies for high-net-worth clients, ensuring integration of complex planning solutions
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning with significant leadership responsibility
- Proven experience in developing planning strategies within an insurance or wealth management organization
- Deep understanding of holistic financial planning, including life insurance, annuities, and investment solutions
- Strong knowledge of advanced planning concepts and ability to translate complex information into actionable solutions
- FINRA Series 7, 66, 63/65 required; Series 24 must be obtained within 90 days of hire
