Job Summary
Leading a team of Senior Workplace Planning Consultants, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Senior Manager will oversee the delivery of consultative advice for employer-sponsored plans, focusing on team performance, operational excellence, and participant engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Drive high-performing teams to achieve customer deepening goals and expert knowledge of plan rules and processes
- Develop and implement strategies to support new initiatives and achieve business goals
- Manage service level metrics, ensuring high call quality and low abandonment rates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations required within corporate-established timelines
- 3-5 years of relatable sales experience in the financial services industry
- Proven success in sales management
- In-depth understanding of IRAs and retirement investment products/services
