FINRA Licensed Senior Manager

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day operations of the Stock Plan Participant Services team, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Senior Manager will ensure participants receive high-quality support across equity compensation plans while supervising Equity Compensation Consultants and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Equity Compensation Consultants to meet business goals through exceptional participant service
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely support for all equity compensation plan types
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex participant inquiries and operational exceptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan services, or financial services
• Active FINRA Series 7, Series 24 (or both Series 9 and Series 10 in lieu of Series 24), and Series 65 or Series 66 registrations at the time of hire
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans and brokerage operations
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation required within corporate approved timelines
