Job Summary
Supporting the growth of clean energy financing, the full-time FINRA Licensed Senior Manager will manage relationships with bank capital providers, develop capital formation strategies, and coordinate cross-platform commercial support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support coverage and relationship management of bank counterparties, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Develop actionable opportunities based on bank mandates and maintain the bank coverage model and target list
- Coordinate with various teams on bank information requests and track market trends to inform capital strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in capital markets, project finance, or structured finance, ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure
- Experience in managing relationships with bank counterparties or institutional investors
- Working fluency in risk, structure, and return drivers relevant to bank capital
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 required or willingness to obtain under sponsorship
