FINRA Licensed Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven FINRA Licensed Senior Recruiter for a six-month contract, the full-time position will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for various roles, including sales and marketing, while partnering with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Five or more years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Proven success in managing complex, full-cycle recruitment activities
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
