Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven FINRA Licensed Senior Recruiter for a six-month contract, the full-time position will manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, partner with hiring managers to develop effective strategies, and identify top talent for various roles, including sales and marketing, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create and implement effective recruiting strategies for open positions
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Five or more years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Proven success in managing complex, full-cycle recruitment across multiple positions
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
