FINRA Licensed Solutions Representative
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the FINRA Licensed Solutions Representative will provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries from investment professionals and plan sponsors, educating clients on insurance products, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Receives and responds to incoming calls regarding various insurance topics from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members
- Educates customers on product features, tax implications, and compliance with FINRA regulations
- Maintains detailed documentation of conversations to enhance customer relationships and supports compliance with legal requirements
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales-related roles
- Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process
- Preferred FINRA series 6 and/or 26 licenses
- Solid understanding of state and local laws related to insurance products
