FINRA Series 7 Trading Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting NYSE Group's extended trading hours operations, the full-time FINRA Series 7 Trading Analyst will provide real-time trading operational support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment during overnight hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide real-time trading operational support for all NYSE Group Exchanges and monitor trading activity
- Engage with System Operations and other teams to escalate production issues and resolve technical inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic logs of trading issues and contribute to process documentation for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Active FINRA Series 7 license (required); Series 57 license is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in a trading environment, including roles in trading operations or as a trader's assistant
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with trading systems and exchange operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SQL experience for issue investigation is a plus
