FinTech Product Management Director

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end strategy for the money-in business, the full-time remote FinTech Product Management Director will manage P&L accountability, drive commercial partnerships, and oversee cross-functional execution to enhance product capabilities and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the multi-year strategy for the money-in business, including P&L management and investment cases for the fintech roadmap
• Negotiate and manage relationships with processors, banks, and lenders to optimize commercial agreements and performance
• Lead the go-to-market strategy and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer acquisition and transaction volume growth

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payments or consumer financing, with a focus on P&L ownership
• Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements in the fintech space
• Experience building go-to-market and activation models, alongside product roadmaps
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, driving outcomes across various teams
• Background in a B2B2C business model with a focus on distribution and activation challenges
