Fintech Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Fintech Risk, the full-time remote Fintech Risk Analyst will identify, manage, and remediate risks across the Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) portfolio while collaborating with various teams and conducting due diligence assessments on fintech partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks within the Bank's BaaS portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to perform due diligence risk assessments and present findings to senior management
• Conduct ongoing monitoring and quality assurance activities for onboarded partners to ensure adherence to Bank policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in banking or fintech risk management and compliance
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial crimes compliance (BSA/AML, OFAC)
• Familiarity with banking compliance areas, including UDAAP and payment network rules
• Experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and related guidance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
