Fire Door Business Manager

Job Summary

To support the Fire Door division in the southern region of France, the full-time Charg d'Affaires will manage client requests, conduct technical studies, and oversee installation projects with subcontractors while ensuring customer satisfaction through to project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze technical requests and prepare detailed technical studies for client projects
• Consult and advise clients on contractual and technical aspects, while managing subcontractor relationships for optimal quality and cost
• Oversee project progress, ensuring timely completion and proper invoicing, while maintaining accurate records in management tools

Required qualifications

• Education level of BAC+2 or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with 10 years of experience in related fields
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills for project management
• Ability to manage and coordinate subcontracted work on construction sites
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems; technical English is a plus
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory
