Fitness Design Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Design & Development team, the full-time Fitness Design Specialist will provide design support for client refreshes, create project deliverables, and assist senior project leads in project coordination while working remotely from the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide design support for client refreshes and layout updates
• Create and update project deliverables including equipment layouts and price estimates
• Support senior project leads with project coordination and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience within the fitness industry (coaching, operations, management, or related roles)
• Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple digital tools and platforms
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Proven ability to track project tasks, deliverables, and timelines
• Genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and human performance
