Fixed Assets Business Manager

Job Summary

To establish and manage the operating model for data center asset operations, the full-time Fixed Assets Business Manager will design processes and integrations between asset management systems and accounting platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve processes linking asset activity and lifecycle events in the CMMS platform to fixed asset records in the ERP system
• Partner with the Data Center Asset Manager and Senior Fixed Asset Accountant to align asset data and reporting needs between Nuvolo and NetSuite
• Lead the development of integrations and controls between operational systems and ERP, ensuring accurate data flow and reconciliation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in fixed asset accounting or capital asset management within capital-intensive industries
• Strong technical knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite
• Experience with CMMS platforms, such as Nuvolo or equivalent, including asset tracking and work order management
• Proven ability to design and manage integrations and reconciliation workflows between operational systems and ERP subledgers
