Fleet Data Manager

Job Summary

To support the Fleet Management group, the full-time remote Asset and Fleet Data Manager will manage capital and expense projects related to vehicles and airport ground support equipment (GSE), ensuring compliance and effective asset lifecycle management across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the acquisition, resale, and disposal of vehicles and GSE assets while maintaining accurate inventories
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for vehicle and GSE specifications and coordinate inter-region equipment transfers
• Lead capex/leasing budget planning and implement projects to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs

Required qualifications

• College degree desired with a minimum of 5 years in corporate fleet administration or relevant experience in the aviation sector
• Knowledge of fleet and automotive industry operations and maintenance management principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel and Access, with experience in Oracle Financials and Payables
• Familiarity with fleet telematics and knowledge of insurance practices and risk management preferred
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization
