Job Summary
Supporting customer onboarding and maximizing product value, the full-time remote Fleet Management Operations Lead will coordinate title and registration requests, provide training on product services, and assist in sales efforts for commercial fleet customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support dealership/customer title and registration requests
- Assist with customer onboarding and provide training on product services
- Provide insights on product usage and escalate customer concerns to management
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4-5+ years of experience in fleet management
- 4-5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work
- Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
