Job Summary
Overseeing end-to-end fleet operations, the full-time Fleet Manager will manage vehicle procurement, vendor relationships, and compliance while driving data-based improvements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee vehicle acquisition, upfitting, and deployment readiness
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for vehicle services and telematics
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement process improvements for cost and safety
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 3+ years of fleet operations experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
- Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, with strong Excel/reporting skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
