Fleet Services Manager
Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of service portfolios, the full-time remote Fleet Services Manager will manage vendor relationships, support financial strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance fleet services for customers and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Fleet Services roadmap execution through customer feedback and market insights
- Evaluate and recommend providers for selection and onboarding while managing vendor transitions
- Partner with Finance to develop pricing strategies and prepare service reviews that connect customer experience with financial results
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fleet management, leasing, or related commercial vehicle business
- Understanding of managed maintenance from both driver and repair shop perspectives
- Experience with fleet technology integrations and medium/heavy-duty vehicles is a plus
- Ability to develop business cases and work through pricing and margin questions with Finance
- NAFA or ASE credentials are a plus
