Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing fleet operations remotely, the full-time Fleet Supervisor will plan, organize, and direct activities related to the acquisition, servicing, and maintenance of company equipment assets while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operating expense and capital budgets to achieve cost-per-mile, utilization, and fleet sizing targets
• Collaborate with various departments to align fleet execution with business objectives and address service delivery issues
• Monitor fleet asset performance and manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with maintenance and safety standards

Required qualifications

• College degree or 5 years of business experience
• Three years of Fleet Management/Industry experience supervising a medium-sized fleet organization
• Demonstrated experience working with vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and regulations effectively
