Flight Coordinator

Job Summary

To support live aviation operations, the part-time hourly Flight Coordinator will track active flights in real time, confirm logistics and crew readiness, and manage communication with clients and brokers remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Track active and upcoming flights, ensuring crew and aircraft readiness before departures
• Monitor and report key flight events, promptly updating the team on operational changes
• Manage day-of disruptions using established playbooks and confirm logistics for flights

Required Qualifications

• Background in aviation, with an Aviation Management degree (in progress or recently completed) or direct experience in flight operations
• Strong attention to detail, capable of tracking multiple active flights simultaneously
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, real-time environment with shifting priorities
• Clear and concise communication skills, particularly in a team Slack environment
• Availability for a flexible schedule across 7 days per week, including early mornings and late nights
