Key responsibilities
- Enter, edit, and modify insurance data into various systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures
- Review and research insurance updates for compliance with FEMA and NFIP guidelines
- Resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by conducting research and making outbound calls to insurance agencies
Required qualifications
