Job Summary
To support client engagement and business growth, the full-time Florida Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, manage project deliverables, and identify upsell opportunities while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for engagements
- Coordinate project requirements and expectations among functional teams and clients
- Drive business development by identifying upsell opportunities and leading sales presentations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience required; Master's degree preferred
- 7-9 years of prior supervisory experience required
- Demonstrated financial and business management experience required
- Knowledge of Medicaid programs and experience with state government required
- PMP certification is a plus
