Job Summary
Supporting California customers, the Hybrid Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent will provide personalized assistance in selecting health insurance plans, working part-time with a combination of onsite training in Orlando, FL, and remote work thereafter, with no cold calling involved.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers through inbound calls to explain health insurance options, eligibility, benefits, and costs
- Provide personalized recommendations and support customers through the enrollment process
- Utilize multiple systems to manage customer information and ensure accurate communication
Required qualifications
- Active Florida Resident Health Insurance License and California Non-Resident Health Insurance License
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency for system navigation
- Availability to work between 12am-9pm EST, Monday to Saturday during the season
