Florida and Texas Licensed Litigation Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of litigated auto liability claims, the full-time Florida and Texas Licensed Litigation Adjuster will handle investigations, evaluations, and negotiations for property damage and bodily injury claims while working remotely from the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pending litigated auto liability claims from assignment through resolution
• Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and exposure for claims
• Handle attorney-represented claims, including negotiations and responding to demands

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling automobile liability claims, particularly in litigated property damage and bodily injury
• Strong experience managing complex property damage claims and attorney-represented claims
• Active adjuster license in Florida and/or Texas
• Solid understanding of coverage analysis, liability determination, and damages assessment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
