Florida Community Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary community representative in the Tampa Bay area, the full-time Florida Gulf Coast Community Manager will engage with volunteers, law enforcement, and community leaders to promote ADL's mission, build relationships, and identify programming opportunities focused on combating antisemitism and hate.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the spokesperson for ADL Florida, promoting public awareness and engaging with community partners
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations to enhance ADL's presence and initiatives in the region
• Manage community-focused communications and collaborate with regional staff to support fundraising efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Several years of experience in community engagement and relationship cultivation
• Knowledge of the Tampa Bay area and its community organizations is a plus
• Experience in a non-profit environment is advantageous
• Technical competence with database systems and reporting is essential
