Florida Design and Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting the Florida sales team, the fully remote Design and Sales Coordinator will assist designers, sales reps, and customers with space planning, design assistance, and product specifications while managing quotes and samples.
Key responsibilities
- Provide space planning and design assistance, converting designs into quote estimates
- Coordinate customer and A&D events, including design center operations and sales meetings
- Manage product sample processing and ensure accurate follow-through in customer service throughout the sales cycle
Required qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, drafting, interior design, architectural design, or a related field
- Proficiency in Auto CAD/CET, rendering skills, and the ability to read 2D prints and understand 3D geometry
- A professional design credential is strongly recommended
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce is preferred
