Florida HR Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for employees, the part-time Florida HR Customer Service Representative will manage inbound inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and employee data management while working remotely and maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate and efficient responses to employee inquiries and issues using system resources
• Maintain documentation of case notes and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Utilize sound judgment to resolve issues and escalate complex cases to HR specialists as needed

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, contact center, or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web navigation skills
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws related to HR functions
• Experience with Human Capital Management or Customer Relationship Management software preferred
