Florida Law Clerk
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Law Clerk for Spring 2027, the part-time hourly position will assist program attorneys with litigation, administrative advocacy, and policy development focused on environmental law in Florida and the Caribbean, working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Research and draft legal memoranda, filings, and formal comments related to environmental advocacy
- Assist with interviewing experts and investigating new matters while collaborating with coalitions and partners
- Observe court arguments and hearings, and help prepare educational materials for campaigns
Required qualifications
- Must be a 2L, 3L, or LLM student during the Spring 2027 semester
- Strong research and writing skills
- Comfort with independent and self-motivated work
- Familiarity with environmental and administrative law preferred
- Background in environmental or biological studies or related experience preferred
