Florida Law Clerk Internship
Job Summary
Seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Law Clerk for a Summer 2027 internship, the part-time and full-time hourly position will assist program attorneys in litigation, administrative advocacy, and policy development focused on environmental law in Florida and the Caribbean while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Research and draft legal memoranda, filings, and petitions to support litigation and conservation advocacy
- Assist with interviewing experts and investigating new matters related to environmental issues
- Collaborate with coalitions and partners, and advocate before agencies as opportunities arise
Required qualifications
- Must be a 2L, 3L, or LLM student during the Fall 2027 semester
- Strong research and writing skills are essential
- Familiarity with environmental and administrative law preferred
- Background in environmental or biological studies or related experience preferred
