Job Summary
Serving as a technical resource and relationship manager for Commercial Line clients, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Manager will gather information for policy renewals, manage policy activity, and cultivate relationships with insurance partners while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather information and risk management recommendations for policy renewals and deliver renewals as needed
- Manage policy activity of assigned accounts and refer analyst-level tasks to Account Analysts for processing
- Present renewal risks to the insurance marketplace for quoting and handle complex client service needs
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of related insurance or associated industry experience
- Current 2-20 state insurance license or other required state insurance licenses
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CIC certification preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of general insurance market conditions and specific carrier underwriting appetites
