Florida Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

To support patient financial services, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Representative will collaborate with insurance payers for accurate billing and collections, analyze contracts for reimbursement, and manage account resolutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with insurance payers to ensure accurate billing, collections, and denial resolution
• Analyze payer contracts to identify inconsistencies and communicate findings to the team
• Respond to correspondence regarding denials, underpayments, and billing issues, while maintaining documentation of all activities

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations
• Working knowledge of the Revenue Cycle, including Patient Financial Services
• Ability to pass Epic training within the first 30 days of employment
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification preferred
