Florida Licensed Account Representative
Job Summary
Serving as a key point of contact for resolving accounts of deceased individuals, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Representative will work remotely to manage sensitive communications with estates, attorneys, and family representatives while adhering to company policies and maintaining information security.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls related to account resolutions
- Accurately document accounts and negotiate payment arrangements as needed
- Obtain necessary estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Licensed Debt Collector (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
