Florida Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

To support patient financial services, the full-time Florida Licensed Account Representative will collaborate with insurance payers for accurate billing and collections, analyze payer contracts, and manage account resolutions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with insurance payers to ensure accurate billing, collections, and denial resolution
• Analyze payer contracts for proper reimbursement and communicate findings to the team
• Respond to correspondence regarding denials, underpayments, and billing issues, while documenting all activities accurately

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations
• Working knowledge of the Revenue Cycle, including Charge Capture and Patient Financial Services
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and typing (minimum 20 WPM)
