Florida Licensed Accountant

Job Summary

To support the Revenue team, the fully remote Florida Licensed Accountant will assist with monthly revenue and billing entries, create and update reporting, and perform reconciliations while collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with accrual and invoice entries, including outreach to business teams
• Create and update monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting primarily using Excel spreadsheets
• Support variance analysis and account reconciliation, as well as respond to internal and external audit requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on revenue
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, including Pivot tables and multiple formulas
• Previous experience or willingness to learn PeopleSoft
