Florida Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the corporate accounting function for a complex, multi-entity healthcare organization, the full-time Florida Licensed Accounting Manager will manage accounting staff, oversee the monthly and annual close processes, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting while working onsite in Boca Raton, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Manage components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee accounting for corporate transactions and intercompany activities, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of discrepancies
• Support acquisition accounting and coordinate the onboarding of newly acquired practices into the corporate accounting framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
• 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with multi-entity accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
