Job Summary

To convert qualified prospects into confirmed vacation package sales, the part-time Florida Licensed Activations Agent will manage inbound and outbound phone interactions, present promotional offers, secure payments, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional customer service remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote vacation packages
• Qualify customers based on company and tour requirements, present offers, and close sales
• Process payments, activate packages, and schedule tours while maintaining compliance standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous sales or call center experience preferred
• Timeshare or hospitality sales experience is a plus
• Intermediate to Advanced computer and CRM proficiency
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
