Job Summary
To support online education initiatives, the part-time Florida Licensed Adjunct Instructor in Religion and Spiritual Care will facilitate course content, assess student progress, and collaborate with course coordinators while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates course content in alignment with stated objectives and maintains high standards of online facilitation
- Assesses and evaluates student progress, providing timely feedback and maintaining accurate class records
- Moderates online discussions and small group sessions, fostering individual and group learning goals
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field; Doctoral Degree preferred
- A minimum of 18 graduate-level semester hours in the discipline being taught
- 2+ years of distance (online) teaching experience preferred
- Ability to work in both face-to-face and online teaching environments
- Knowledge of computer-based academic delivery systems
