Job Summary
To support a growing substance use treatment practice, the full-time Virtual Admissions Coordinator will manage inquiries, coordinate intakes, and guide adults seeking SUD and co-occurring mental health treatment through the admissions process remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound admissions calls, inquiries, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate intake documentation
- Educate prospective clients and families on PHP/IOP treatment options
Required qualifications
- Experience in SUD admissions, behavioral health intake, or equivalent substance use treatment coordination
- Knowledge of substance use treatment and PHP/IOP levels of care
- Experience with admissions pipelines, lead management, and client follow-up
- Strong phone communication and organization skills
- Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems
