Job Summary
Leading a team of Admissions Coordinators, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Admissions Manager will facilitate admissions for at-risk clients, ensuring high service levels and adherence to key performance indicators while managing team performance and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators in handling inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients and referral sources
- Coordinate team schedules and oversee performance reviews to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service
- Develop best practices for the admissions process while collaborating with internal teams to meet KPIs related to client satisfaction and time-to-admission
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team in admissions or sales
- Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong multitasking abilities in a high-paced environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies and experience in behavioral health are a plus
