Florida Licensed Advanced Application Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance system performance and user experience, the full-time Florida Licensed Advanced Application Analyst will provide support for Infor HRT modules, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Transition Management, while managing system administration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for Infor Talent Acquisition and Transition Management, managing setup, configuration, and issue resolution
• Provide functional and technical support for additional corporate applications, ensuring timely monitoring and resolution of system performance issues
• Collaborate with HR, HRIS, and Finance to support organizational initiatives, including data extracts, reporting, and documentation maintenance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Infor CloudSuite and other business applications in a corporate or healthcare environment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple systems, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Infor Talent Acquisition/Transition Management experience is strongly preferred
