Job Summary
To support student success in a fully remote environment, the full-time Florida Licensed Assistant Faculty will design and deliver high-quality instruction, assess student performance, and participate in curriculum development while engaging in professional development and community representation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver course materials, including syllabi and assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide mentorship and academic support
- Participate in curriculum development and institutional initiatives to ensure alignment with accreditation standards
Required qualifications
- Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of effective college-level work in the area of academic or professional expertise
- Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS) required
- Experience in both face-to-face and online teaching environments
- Knowledge of computer-based academic delivery systems and educational technology
