Job Summary
Managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, the full-time Florida Licensed Associate Attorney will provide strategic legal counsel, represent clients in court, and collaborate with partners while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, memos, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions
- Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver strategic legal advice
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Florida; additional bar admissions a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
