Florida Licensed Associate Clinical Director

Job Summary

To support clinical operations, the full-time Florida Licensed Associate Clinical Director will oversee nurse managers and clinical staff across multiple clinic sites, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and maintaining high standards of patient care in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical oversight and serve as a liaison between area clinical leadership and nursing teams
• Direct, mentor, and evaluate the performance of nurse managers and clinical supervisors, addressing performance concerns as needed
• Monitor clinical staffing levels and recommend adjustments based on patient volume and treatment schedules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing highly preferred
• Registered Nurse license in Florida; OCN certification preferred or to be obtained within twelve months of hire
• Five years of experience in the healthcare field, with a minimum of three years in clinical management
• Knowledge of oncology practices and standards
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
