Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

Evaluating and settling low complexity auto claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will manage first and third-party claims through phone and written correspondence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and investigate policy coverage, liability, and damages following claims guidelines
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding claims, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Conduct thorough investigations, including obtaining necessary documents and conducting recorded statements

Required qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of property claims handling experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business preferred
• Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s)
• Proficient PC and Windows skills
• Completion of INS or other insurance-related courses preferred
