Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will evaluate, investigate, and settle low complexity first and third-party claims, providing high-quality customer service through phone and written correspondence.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and investigate policy coverage, liability, and damages according to claims and statutory guidelines
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding claims while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Conduct thorough investigations, including obtaining necessary documents and conducting recorded statements

Required qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of property claims handling experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
• Must have or secure appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Proficient PC and Windows skills
• Completion of INS or other insurance-related courses preferred
