Job Summary
To support the ABA Online program, the full-time Florida Licensed Behavior Analyst Instructor will conduct online instructional meetings, facilitate student engagement, and provide substitute coverage for instructors as needed, with flexible scheduling that may include evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Teach assigned sections for the ABA Online program, ensuring timely delivery of online meetings and promoting student engagement
- Provide academic support for lead instructors and students, including grading assistance and monitoring course discussion boards
- Assist in course management and accreditation tasks, collaborating with faculty to enhance program quality
Required qualifications
- Maintain certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral Level (BCBA-D) in good standing
- University teaching experience
- Ph.D. degree in a related field
