Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Behavioral Health Integration program, the full-time Remote Behavioral Health Coordinator (BHC) will manage patient eligibility, enrollment, and consent processes while providing remote coverage for facilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor facility census and manage patient eligibility and enrollment in the BHI program
• Obtain and document patient consent through EHR or communication with responsible parties
• Provide remote coverage for facilities during PTO and manage caseload overages as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification, Florida LPN license, or Florida RN license in good standing
• Experience in healthcare, care coordination, case management, or a related patient-facing role
• Proficiency with EHRs and digital communication tools
• Ability to manage high-volume census reviews across multiple facilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with demonstrated cultural competency
