Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Manager
Job Summary
To support the Medicaid business, the full-time Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of service management functions for Foster Care members, ensuring access to necessary behavioral health services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Foster Care Members, Medical Consenters, and DFPS staff to address behavioral healthcare needs
- Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and monitor healthcare service plans for foster care members
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while monitoring data for quality improvement opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health
- 3+ years of case and/or utilization management experience
- Unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, PsyD, or RN
- Experience in psychiatric healthcare settings and with child behavioral health conditions
- Foster care experience strongly preferred
