Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for clinical, operational, and support positions while working on a contract basis for approximately 15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for experience, qualifications, and role fit
• Manage the hiring process from initial contact through interviews and offers
• Keep candidate records current in Breezy HR and build pipelines for recurring roles

Required qualifications

• At least two years of recruiting experience, including full cycle recruiting
• Experience recruiting in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment
• Strong candidate communication, organization, and follow-through
• Experience using an applicant tracking system
• Ability to work independently and responsively in a remote role
